We can learn so much from our kids and kids can learn so much from their parents. I video taped my baby yesterday when she climbed in to her “baby doll’s cradle”. She looked so cute in there. I started singing to her “Rock a bye Baby” and then proceeded to ask her “Is that YOUR bed?” She shook her head, etc. I wanted you all to look at how she responds to other questions and what she does, it was really cute (if I must say so myself!)but something was either wrong with the download of the video or Tumblr. So, I guess you will just have to settle for a picture of her in the toy cradle, sorry!
Babies and toddlers are so impressionable and they can learn so much from us (both good and bad). We need to be careful about what we say and also how it is said, children pick up on little things, they also repeat a lot…which you can tell from the video. I will see if I can post it tomorrow, though I am not sure it will work then either.
Have fun with your children every day, they are a real gift from G-d.
